The South Florida PGA Legends Tour is a program administered under the umbrella of the South Florida PGA Foundation providing another level to the SFPGA Journey. The Legends Tour is a series of one and two-day events at some of South Florida’s premiere facilities, with the intent of providing junior tour alumni and current college students an opportunity to participate in golf tournaments. Membership is FREE and open to any avid golfer ages 19-23. All Legends Tour events are 18 or 36-hole events, with a Men’s (19-23) and Women’s (19-23) division. Men compete from an approximate yardage of 6800-7200+yards, Women compete from an approximate yardage of 5900-6300+ yards.
The Legends Tour is open to any player aged 19-23. Eligible participants do not need to be on a collegiate golf team.
18 Hole Events: $125
36 Hole Events: $200
The overall male and female champion and runner-up will receive pro-shop credit.
Tour Refund Policy and Withdraws
Prior to the event deadline cancellations/withdrawals MUST be submitted via EMAIL to the Junior Golf Director. If a request for cancellation is received after the event deadline and the event does not have a waitlist or no one from the waitlist can fill the spot, NO refund will be granted. In the case of an emergency or medical illness, a written doctor’s note must be submitted to the Section office within five days immediately following the event. All refunds will be issued minus a $10 processing fee.
