For South Florida PGA Junior Tour alumnus Harley Abrams, competitive golf did far more than provide memorable tournament experiences, it laid the foundation for a career in the industry. Today, Abrams works with some of the golf industry's most recognized brands, helping companies grow through sales, operations, e-commerce, and business development. Nearly every opportunity he's had can be traced back to the lessons, relationships, and experiences he gained through junior and collegiate golf. "A lot of it started from my junior golf career, which led me to being able to play college golf," Abrams said. "A lot of my connections came from my time playing golf in school."

BOCA RATON, FL – Kenny Klein and Nirvika Koduru captured titles at the 2026 Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Tour's fourth major championship of the 2026 season, the South Florida Junior PGA Championship, contested June 22-23 at Stonebridge Country Club. The 36-hole championship featured 75 junior golfers competing across two divisions, with Klein and Koduru emerging as champions. Boys 13-18 Division Kenny Klein of Palm Beach Gardens opened the championship with a 2-under-par 70, trailing first-round leader Tristan Rhodenizer of Palm Beach Gardens by two strokes. Klein delivered a strong performance in the final round, carding four birdies and fourteen pars to finish at 6-under par and claim his first South Florida PGA Junior Major title. “It was great to come away with a win, and it felt like I played some really good golf out there today,” said Klein. Klein also earned a spot in the 2026 National Junior PGA Championship with his victory. “I’m really excited. This was something I was looking forward to trying to qualify for this year. I’ve never been to Texas, so I’m excited to go there and see the course,” he said. The victory additionally secured Klein a place in the inaugural Cameron Young–Justin Thomas South Florida PGA Junior Challenge Cup. “When it was first announced, it sounded amazing, and hearing more about it as it gets closer is really exciting. It’s going to be great to see Cam Young and Justin Thomas out there, and from what I hear, it will be an incredible experience,” Klein added. Rhodenizer finished as the runner-up at 3-under par to earn the second qualifying position into the Junior PGA Championship. Girls 13-18 Division In the Girls 13-18 Division, Nirvika Koduru of Boca Raton opened the tournament with an even-par round, sitting one stroke behind first-round leader Jolie Pastorick of Sarasota. Koduru remained steady throughout the final round, posting a 1-over-par 73 to finish the championship at 1-over par and capture her first South Florida PGA Junior Major title. The victory adds to an impressive resume that includes fifteen top-10 finishes since joining the South Florida PGA Junior Tour in 2023. “I was really looking forward to playing here and qualifying. It was one of my goals this year, and I’m super excited that I made it!” said Koduru. Koduru's win also secured her place in the 2026 Junior PGA Championship. “I’m excited to go to Texas for that event. It was definitely a big goal for me, and I’m thrilled to have achieved it,” she said. In addition, Koduru qualified for the inaugural Cameron Young–Justin Thomas South Florida PGA Junior Challenge Cup. “I knew right away when I heard about this tournament at the start of the year that I wanted to qualify. After I learned that winning would secure my spot in Texas, I was even more motivated because playing with two amazing players is a dream for everyone. I can’t wait to be there for the Junior Challenge Cup,” she added. Yool Her of Pembroke Pines finished as the division runner-up to earn the second qualifying position into the Junior PGA Championship. Cameron Young–Justin Thomas South Florida PGA Junior Challenge Cup With their victories, Klein and Koduru also secured spots in the inaugural Cameron Young–Justin Thomas South Florida PGA Junior Challenge Cup, which will be contested December 12-14, 2026, at Emerald Dunes Club. The event will feature a 24-player Ryder Cup-style competition with Cameron Young and Justin Thomas serving as team captains. JUPITER, FL – The Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Tour administered its third major championship of the 2026 season, the 42nd Nicklaus Junior Championship, at The Bear's Club on June 15-16, welcoming 96 junior golfers across three divisions. At the conclusion of the 36-hole championship, Reid Korody, Sarah Earle, and Eli Widom were crowned division champions. Boys 13-18 Jupiter native Reid Korody opened the championship with a 3-under-par 69, trailing first-round leader Charles Sundermeier of Lake Worth by one stroke. Korody, however, played steady golf during the final round, carding three birdies on the front nine and ultimately earning the overall title by one stroke with a two-day total of 1-under par (143). Since beginning his junior golf journey on the Prep Tour in 2017, Korody has competed in countless events across the various levels of the South Florida PGA Junior Tour, but never found himself atop the leaderboard until now. As a member of the Class of 2026, the Nicklaus Junior Championship marks one of the final events of his junior career, making the victory especially meaningful. "I am honored to win the event," said Korody. "It wasn't just days of work, it was months and years of work, and it feels good to know that the hard work eventually pays off." Having competed in the championship since he was 11 years old, Korody added that finally capturing the title "means the world." The victory also comes at a pivotal time as Korody prepares to begin his collegiate golf career at Oglethorpe University. "My goal since I was a little kid was to play college golf," he said. "To win right before I go off to college gives me the confidence to play well for the team and hopefully win some events." Korody also noted that he is looking forward to the team aspect of college golf, saying, "Up until this point golf has been a very individual sport, so I am looking forward to playing with teammates and competing as a team." Tucker Cullinan of Boynton Beach came from behind to finish runner-up at even par (144). Girls 13-18 In the Girls 13-18 Division, Sarah Earle of Jupiter claimed the championship with a 36-hole total of 3-under par (141). Her final round was highlighted by six birdies and produced the lowest round of the tournament. The victory marks Earle's first career Medalist Tour title since joining the tour in 2022. “I just played consistently and to win it is really important knowing the event's history” noted Earle, who comes from a family of golfers. Older brother James Earles had great success on the Junior Tour in the late 2010’s into the early 2020’s winning the Labor Day Classic in 2021. Leah Gram of Jupiter earned runner-up honors at even par (72). Boys 11-12 Eli Widom of Parkland captured the Boys 11-12 Division title after opening the championship with a 3-over-par 75. Widom held a one-shot lead over Deven Allen of Fort Pierce heading into the final round and followed with another 3-over-par performance to secure the championship with a 36-hole total of 150. Allen and Jionni Urbina of Orlando finished tied for second at 10-over par. Following a scorecard playoff using holes No. 10-18, Urbina earned runner-up honors by three strokes. The victory marks Widom's first junior major championship and his third Boys 11-12 Medalist Tour title since becoming a member in 2026. After the win, Widom reflected on the opportunity to compete at The Bear's Club for the first time. "I had such a great experience playing The Bear's Club for the first time," said Widom. "From seeing Cameron Young and Daniel Berger practicing Friday afternoon before my practice round to navigating the bunkers and the heat, the course is hard and challenging, but fun to play." Widom added that competing on Jack Nicklaus' renowned design made the week even more memorable. "It is an honor to play Jack Nicklaus' course," he said. "I cannot wait to come back and play again next year." The 42nd Nicklaus Junior Championship is administered by the South Florida PGA in conjunction with the Palm Beach County Golf Association. Palm Beach Gardens, FL – Tristan Rhodenizer of Palm Beach Gardens and Yool Her of Pembroke Pines were crowned champions at the Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Medalist Tour event, held June 6–7, 2026, at PGA National Resort’s Fazio Course. Boys 13–18 Division After the first round, Rhodenizer led the Boys 13–18 Division by one stroke at 4-under-par. Tankhun Ritthisorn of Jupiter finished round one right behind Rhodenizer at 3-under. With a steady even-par finish in the second round, Rhodenizer sealed his first victory of the 2026 season by two shots over Hugo Stenstrom of Miami, who shot a tournament-low 5-under. Girls 13–18 Division At the end of round one, Her was leading by three strokes after shooting a 3-under-par. Nishika Koduru of Boca Raton and Lucia Romero of Doral followed closely behind at 1-under. After both Her and Koduru carded 2-over-par scores in the second round, Her secured the championship by three strokes over Koduru. Romero followed closely behind with a 3-over-par round two score, finishing third. This event marks Her’s first tournament win on the Srixon South Florida PGA Medalist Tour for the 2026 season. FORT MYERS, FL – The Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Tour administered its second major of 2026, the Patty Berg Junior Championship at Cypress Lake Golf Club, May 23-25, welcoming 77 junior golfers across three divisions. Of these players, Axel Monssoh, Ashley Balcom, and Victor Monssoh were crowned champions at the conclusion of the three rounds. Axel Monssoh of Miami opened the tournament with a first-round score of 2-over par, leaving him in a four-way tie for sixth place. In round two, Monssoh recorded the tournament’s low round with a score of 3-under par, highlighted by seven birdies. With a steady third round, Monssoh earned the championship title. This marks Monssoh’s second victory of 2026 and his second career major win. “It’s really an honor to win this tournament. I was excited to play in this event, so winning it feels really good, and I’m excited to have my name on the trophy and on the champions list.” Jack Leen of Port St. Lucie was the runner-up in the Boys 13-18 Division with a 54-hole total score of 3-over par. In the Girls 13-18 Division, Ashley Balcom of Lighthouse Point claimed the division title with rounds of 75, 76, and 74. With five birdies and 41 pars over 54-holes, Balcom secured victory over Nina Fischer of Key Biscayne by two shots. This event marks Balcom’s first victory on the South Florida PGA Junior Medalist Tour since joining in 2023. Balcom noted that “this win is extra special for me. I have had four runner-up finishes, and each time I lost by one shot. Going into today, I told myself to stay patient and stay confident, and in the end I was able to pull away for my first win.” Claiming victory in the Boys 11-12 Division, Victor Monssoh of Miami opened the tournament with a round of 12-over par. Monssoh trailed Deven Allen of Fort Pierce by four strokes after the first round. Monssoh shot the division’s low round on day two with a score of 5-over par, sitting in second place heading into the final round. Monssoh wrapped up the weekend with a final-round score of 1-over par, winning the tournament by 10 strokes. Kash Latreille of Naples finished runner-up with a total score of 28-over par. This event marks Monssoh’s first victory on the Medalist Tour since becoming a member in 2025. Monssoh reflected on the victory, his consistency throughout the weekend, and what it meant to capture his first Medalist Tour title, noting that “it feels great, and especially to win with my brother, it’s been a great experience.” Reflecting on the significance of the event, Monssoh added that “it means a lot. I know Patty (Berg) won more than 80 tournaments, and with this tournament being my first win, it makes it really special. I’ve loved this event since the first time I played it.” The Patty Berg Junior Championship is the second of eight junior majors to be played throughout the 2026 season, with the Nicklaus Junior Championship next on the schedule, set to be held June 15-16 at The Bear's Club in Jupiter, Florida. Many junior golfers dream about competing at Augusta National. For Nirvika Koduru, that opportunity arrived earlier this spring and she made the most of it. On April 5, 2026, Koduru competed in the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club, earning the Girls 14–15 title against some of the top junior players in the country. Her consistency across all three skills, especially around the greens, separated her throughout the competition. Koduru’s path to Augusta began long before the qualifying season. A regular on the South Florida PGA Junior Tour, she opened her 2025 season with a fifth-place finish at The Links at Boynton Beach on the Srixon Medalist Tour and continued to test herself in competitive events throughout the year. Those tournament rounds helped lay the groundwork for her Drive, Chip and Putt run. As qualifying progressed, so did the level of competition, but Koduru continued to pull away from the field. She won the Local Qualifier at The Old Course at Broken Sound by more than 40 points, followed it with a nearly 20-point victory at the Sub-Regional Qualifier at BallenIsles Country Club, and then claimed the Regional Qualifier at TPC Sawgrass by seven points. “Winning the Local Qualifier gave me confidence heading into the next stages,” Koduru said. “My short game was probably the biggest reason I advanced. I chipped in during every qualifier, which was pretty memorable.” Her preparation for Nationals stayed simple. Most days were spent practicing at Stonebridge Country Club in Boca Raton, FL alongside her sister, Nishika Koduru, where the two regularly turned short-game sessions into competitions. “We’ve always practiced that way,” Koduru said. “It keeps things competitive, and I think that helped when the pressure picked up at Nationals.” Arriving at Augusta National was still a surreal moment. Koduru described walking onto the property, meeting players like Annika Sorenstam, and sharing the practice areas with professionals as one of the highlights of the week. But once the competition began, she settled into a familiar routine. Koduru entered the putting portion with a four-point lead after strong performances in both driving and chipping. The moment that effectively secured the title came on a 30-foot putt. “Once that putt went in, I felt like I could finally relax a little,” she said. “After that, I just wanted to finish strong.” With the Drive, Chip and Putt title behind her, Koduru is now focused on the rest of the 2026 season. Her goals include contending in South Florida PGA Junior Tour majors and earning a spot in the inaugural Cameron Young and Justin Thomas Junior Challenge Cup. “I feel like my game is improving in a lot of areas,” Koduru said. “I want to keep building from this and see how far I can take it.”  For Koduru, Augusta was not the finish line, just another step forward.

Lake Worth, FL – Matthew Marigliano of Palm Beach Gardens and Esha Nagalla of Pinecrest were crowned champions at the Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Medalist Tour event, held May 2–3, 2026, at Park Ridge Golf Course. Boys 13–18 Division After the first round, Marigliano and Jack Smith of Miami Springs led the Boys 13–18 Division with scores of 4-under par. Round two brought significant movement on the leaderboard, resulting in a three-way tie at 5-under par between Kenny Klein of Palm Beach Gardens, Reed Weekley of Davie, and Marigliano. Marigliano secured the championship after one playoff hole with a birdie on the par-5 10th hole. Klein finished as runner-up, winning a scorecard playoff by two strokes. Girls 13–18 Division Esha Nagalla of Pinecrest played two consistent rounds, posting scores of 2-under par in round one and 3-under par in round two. Nirvika Koduru of Boca Raton fired the tournament-low round of 5-under par to force a sudden-death playoff following round two. After three playoff holes, Nagalla secured the championship with a par. BOYNTON BEACH, FL – Andrew Tsar of Palm Beach Gardens and Mia Heuberger of Palm Beach Gardens were crowned champions at the Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Medalist Tour event. This event was held April 25–26, 2026, at Hunter’s Run Country Club on the East Course. Boys 13–18 Division Andrew Tsar of Palm Beach Gardens carded an opening round of 6-under-par to take a one-shot lead over Chris Capello of Palm Beach and Jose Carlos Lopez-Lay of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, heading into the final round. Hogan Blais of Ottawa, Ontario opened with a 4-under-par 67, sitting five shots back of the lead. Tsar delivered a strong closing performance, recording seven birdies in the second round, including one on his final hole to secure the division title at 9-under par. Blais matched that momentum with seven birdies of his own in the final round to finish as runner-up at 8-under par. The Boys 13–18 division produced impressive scoring across the field, posting a combined average of 73.75. Players recorded a total of 10 eagles and 337 birdies over the two rounds. Girls 13–18 Division Mia Heuberger of Palm Beach Gardens opened with a 3-under-par round, sitting just one shot behind Nina Fischer of Key Biscayne. Heuberger matched that score in the final round, finishing at 6-under par for the tournament to tie Fischer and force a sudden-death playoff. The playoff was decided on the first extra hole, where Heuberger made birdie on the par-5, 481-yard 10th to secure the division title. The victory marks Heuberger’s second career Medalist Tour win, with her first coming March 22–23, 2025, at Park Ridge Golf Course. CORAL SPRINGS, FL – After two windy rounds, Hagen Bensel of Jupiter and Skylar Kotzen of Wellesley, MA were crowned champions at the Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Medalist Tour event. This event was held April 11–12, 2026, at Eagle Trace Golf Club. Boys 13–18 Division After the first round, Francisco Cupp of Saratoga Springs, and Tankhun Ritthisorn of Jupiter were leading the Boys 13-18 Division by three shots with scores of 3-under. In round two, Hagen Bensel of Jupiter, took advantage of the windy day, shooting 3-under in round two, taking him to 2-under for the two days. Bensel’s performance in round two led him to victory by two shots over Jeremy Hsu of Port Saint Lucie. Hsu finished in second place after two steady rounds at even par. Joining the South Florida PGA Junior Tour in 2023, first competing on the Links Tour, this win marks Bensels’ first win on the Medalist Tour. Girls 13–18 Division Skylar Kotzen of Wellesley, MA, in the Girls 13-18 Division, shot 2-over in the first round, leading by four shots over Sarah Earle of Jupiter, Yool Her of Pembroke Pines, Danielle Hernandez of Miami, and Elisa Hernandez of Parkland. A round two score of 4-over was just enough for Kotzen to capture the title, finishing 6-over. Ashley Balcom of Lighthouse Point scored an even-par second round to climb the leaderboard, finishing in second place with a weekend total of 7-over. This is Kotzen’s first victory on the Srixon Medalist Tour since joining the Medalist Tour in 2025.
