Parsons, Smith and Koehn Claim Medalist Tour Victory at Bent Pine Golf Club
Vero Beach, FL - Luke Parsons, Abigail Smith and Christain Koehn took home first place honors at Bent Pine Golf Club during a South Florida PGA Medalist Tour event Thursday.

After a 2-under 70 in round one, Parsons of Palm Beach Gardens was one shot back of Henry Kuehne of Palm Beach Gardens going into the final round. Notching a tournament low-score in round two, 4-under 68, Parsons claimed the boys 13-18 boys division title by six shots over Kuehne.
Parsons managed only one bogey over the 36-hole stretch combined with seven birdies, tied for the most of any player in the field.
In the girls 13-18 division, Smith of Port St. Lucie wrapped play at 8-over with a two-day total of 79-73–152. Smith started the final round three shots back of Polina Anisimova of Port St. Lucie before carding the tournament low-round for the girls of 1-over 73, including an eagle on the par-4, eighth hole.
In the boys 11-12 division, three players were all within two shots after the first round with Koehn in the lead. Koehn got off to a hot start in the final round, making three birdies and no bogies on the first nine holes, finishing four shots ahead of Cooper Foegen of Winter Park.
