South Florida PGA Junior Tour Wraps 2022 season With Tour Championship at Banyan Cay Resort and Golf
West Palm Beach, FL - The South Florida PGA Junior Tour season concluded Sunday at Banyan Cay Resort and Golf with the SFPGA Junior Tour Championship, presented by the Honda Classic.

Entering the final round with a three shot lead, Gabriel Holtz of Boca Raton finished the two-day, 36-hole championship at 2-under 70-72–142. Holtz won the Boy's 13-18 division title by one shot over runner-up, Evan Pena of Toe Alta, Puerto Rico.
Winning the Girl’s 13-18 division championship, Nicole Yugay of Delray Beach turned in a two-day total of 78-73–151. Gloria Nip of Port St. Lucie finished runner-up with a 2-round total of 77-75–152. Nip had a hole-out for eagle on the par-4, ninth hole to assist in her success.
In the Boy’s 11-12 Division, Bento Assis of Porto Alegre, Brazil claimed first place honors by eight strokes over Cooper Foegen of Hobe Sound. Assis wrapped play at 73-68–141, while Foegen finished at 75-74–149.
The 2022 South Florida PGA Junior Tour Championship was an invite-only event based on player of the year points of Medalist Tour Players.
