Sunday Standout Rounds Highlight South Florida PGA Toptracer Prep Tour Players
The South Florida PGA Junior Tour hosted a Toptracer Prep Tour tournament, presented by Callaway, on Sunday, October 6, at Eagle Trace Golf Club in Coral Springs. Sixty-three talented junior golfers competed in this one-day, 18-hole event, delivering standout performances across various divisions.
Alyna Yensabai of Lake Worth captured the Girls 11-12 Division with a 2-under 70, making her the only player in the tournament to shoot under par. Her consistent play and two birdies earned her the first-place title. Close behind, Mia Heuberger of Palm Beach Gardens delivered an even-par round, making five birdies to secure second place.
In the Girls 13-18 Division, Stella Ronja Lind from Doral won the first-place gold medal with a 4-over 76, winning by two strokes. Shannon Glynn of Coral Springs secured the second-place title, shooting 6-over 78, finishing her round strong by sinking a birdie putt on 18.
In the Boys 13-18 Division, Reed Weekley of Davie posted a 2-over 74 that included three birdies to claim first place. One shot behind, Jordan Ascher of Delray Beach shot 3-over 75 for the second-place title.
Atlas Andrews of West Palm Beach captured the title in the Boys 11-12 Division with a 5-over 77, also sinking three birdies and finishing two shots ahead of his competitors.
Victor Monssoh of Miami dominated the Boys 9-10 Division, shooting a 6-over 78 claiming the title by six shots.
