Overview

The Labor Day Classic is one of South Florida’s new junior majors. The Labor Day Classic is a 54-hole event conducted by the South Florida PGA Junior Tour. The Labor Day Classic is open to players holding status on the Medalist Tour.

The champions of the Girls 13–18 and Boys 13–18 divisions will earn spots on the 2026 Justin Thomas-Cameron Young South Florida PGA Junior Challenge Cup Team. For more information about the Junior Challenge Cup, please click here.

Event Details

The field is composed of 168 players from the Medalist Tour.

Format

The Labor Day Classic will be a 54-hole stroke play event. A cut will be made at the conclusion of Round 2 to the top 40% of the field.
